Hi,

The trick you gave worked the user created successfully. This link is really become good tutorial for starting AlFresco Web Sercive API. I dint found any link to create group using AlFresco it will be helpful if you post something related to creating group.

i need ur suggestion as i am new to alfresco application.please tell me is it possible to “map data attributes to the templates during run time” in other way is it possibel to modify the template fields dynamically during runh time.

I have been working with Alfresco for some weeks and I have a problem related how to give back the ticket to Alfresco after getting logged.
Suppose that I’m already logged and I stored the ticket, now I want to upload a file onto Alfresco, I get a repository with the instruction:
WebServiceClient.getRepository()
Shall I sent back the ticket to Alfresco with the instruction WebServiceClient.getRepository(SERVERURL+ticket)?

That was good information to know and it worked. I wanted to test an epub file that I had modified, so I first converted the epub to lrf then to lrs. I had used an embedded font in the epub file so I was looking to see it appear in the LRS file. I used “XML Marker” to edit the LRS file. Alas! I didn’t see the font anywhere! I saw a bunch of codes but had no way of knowing what those numeric codes mean. also I used my embeded font only in the book title but could not tell how the title font was indicated. Also only the TOC was in the LRS file. No content anywhere!

I need to create a user. I’m getting the following error: Failed to create Person due to error: Transaction didn’t commit: Integrity failure

What would cause this? Will rebuilding the lucene indexes resolve it?
